Important Notice:
Application Form: Use the latest Z83 application form, effective from 01 January 2021, as mandated by the Minister of Public Service Administration in accordance with regulation 10 of the Public Service Regulations, 2016. This form is available online at www.gov.za and www.dpsa.gov.za.
Completion Requirements: Ensure all sections of the Z83 form are fully completed, accurate, legible, honest, initialed, signed, and dated. Attach only a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Document Submission: Do not include copies of qualifications or other documents with the initial application. These will be required only from shortlisted candidates before the interview.
References: The CV must include at least three references with their contact details.
Accuracy: Providing inaccurate or incomplete information will result in disqualification.
Foreign Qualifications: Applicants with foreign qualifications must provide an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA).
Application Status: If you do not receive an interview invitation within three months of the closing date, consider your application unsuccessful.
Shortlisting Criteria: Shortlisting will be based on the proficiency of the applications received. Shortlisted candidates will undergo practical exercises and an oral interview.
Personnel Suitability Checks: Shortlisted candidates will undergo personnel suitability checks, including security screening, vetting, qualification verification, and checks on criminal and financial records. Consent for these checks is required under the POPI Act.

Answer all questions truthfully, especially in sections that require yes/no answers. Misrepresentation can lead to disqualification.
