Job Purpose:
Under the supervision of the Gardens Supervisor, General Workers will perform tasks related to horticultural and landscape maintenance. This includes mowing, planting, litter collection, and other groundskeeping activities.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Grade 8.
- Experience: At least two years in landscape maintenance or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in operating gardening equipment (e.g., trimmers, chainsaws, blowers).
- Knowledge of horticultural techniques and landscaping practices.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices like composting is advantageous.
- Attributes:
- Attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and physical fitness.
