Responsibilities
Participants will be trained to:
- Assist customers with locating and purchasing merchandise
- Merchandise stock according to best practices
- Process sales transactions using the POS system
- Open and manage new customer accounts
- Minimize stock loss through effective store practices
- Build strong customer relationships
- Promote customer security and a safe shopping environment
Entry Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Have a National Senior Certificate (Grade 12 / Matric)
- Have a passion for fashion and retail
- Be committed to learning and completing assessments
