- Grade 12 / Standard 10 Technical (Essential)
- Certificate in ETDP Level 4 (Essential)
- Certificate of Competence: Assessor (Essential)
- 2–3 years’ experience in a People and Performance administrative or services environment (Essential)
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Essential)
- Willingness to undergo Psychometric Assessment and obtain Certificate of Fitness (conducted by Exxaro)
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Mining Jobs at Mpumalanga
- Coordinate and administer training activities and documentation.
- Manage and update learning databases while ensuring data accuracy.
- Conduct functional audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Organize training logistics including venues, transport, and material preparation.
- Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Process training payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support digital learning and self-directed training programmes.
