Requirements- MEDICAL OFFICER POSTS
- Matric (Grade 12)
- MBChB qualification
- Current HPCSA registration as a Medical Practitioner
- Valid unendorsed Code B/08 driver’s license
Key Competencies– MEDICAL OFFICER POSTS
- Experience in general medicine, PHC, HIV & TB care, maternal & child health
- Clinical knowledge of chronic disease management, minor ailments, MMC
- Emergency care and medico-legal documentation proficiency
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and record-keeping abilities
Key Responsibilities–
- Deliver a comprehensive VMMC and men’s health program
- Provide quality primary healthcare, preventive, and promotive services
- Support and train nurses in PHC settings
- Respond to emergencies, provide medico-legal services, and attend court when needed
- Travel to clinics and ensure strong outreach and support systems
- Participate in clinical governance and quality assurance systems
