Minimum Requirements Eskom Jobs

To qualify for the Eskom YES program 2025, you must:

• Be a South African citizen
• Be between the ages of 18 and 34
• Have completed Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification (post-matric certificates are also accepted)
• Be currently unemployed
• Studying full-time in 2025
• Never participated in a YES program before
• Not have been permanently employed with one employer for more than 1 year
